We scaled our UK based fashion client’s Google performance from an already strong 8x ROAS to an exceptional 166x ROAS (at scale, not low budget) by refocusing the account on new customer acquisition. This was driven by a disciplined creative strategy, introducing fresh ad assets and refreshing them bi-weekly to prevent fatigue and maintain engagement. Alongside this, we ensured all products featured in ads were consistently in stock, eliminating wasted spend and maximising conversion efficiency.
